Wonder what would hapen if you installed a solar panel on the hood and roof to produce HHO using less alternator. Solar panels could really boost economy. Would not try to store any hho in a storage device that stuff really is powerful when you make a mistake it doesn't show mercy just boom.
Put them together - you have a Hybrid fuel.
Thus the term Water Hybrid ang technical term sa mga ito.
3 cylinder yung trike mo?... anong engine mo?... daihatsu? or Suzuki?. Just try it - you will see the difference.
No, I kept it in the right timing as you would with any normal car, which is about 10 deg. BTDC. The enhancement should take effect under normal settings. Unless you want to use pure Hydrogen - than that's another story. I am not going into that territory ... yet. :-)

Since the HHO system was still producing bubbles when the engine wasn't running I assume it's connected to the battery. Did you use any method to check the energy stored in the battery before and after the run?
If not then I don't think you have proven anything.
I would love to see some tests over longer distances or without battery in the car.
have you seen tyhe tank Im using?... it's only about 150ml up to 200ml.
No method needed to know if your battery is strong in the car, if it starts with one click, then it's fully charged. You dont want to do without battery in a car. unless you want to break your alternator.
The thing I was trying to say in my previous comment is that you are using energy from the battery to power the car with Browns gas (HHO or 2 H2 + O2). If you don't messure the energy that is delivered by the battery it is not a complete comparison.
One way to check this would be messuring the voltage of the battery (when the engine is not running) before and after the test. If the voltage is lower after the test the battery has lost energy. (continued)
This would not be a very accurate way of messuring though. That's why I would love to see long distance testing or testing without the HHO generator connected to the battery.
Could the HHO generator be connected to the alternator directly?
This way you'll be sure that all the energy for the 3km drive came from the petrol and not from the battery.
OK, I see the point, rule of thumb though is that any accesorry added must not compromise the threshold of the charging system. the Hydrogen enhancement comes from both the charge and the vacuum draw of the engine. if the amps draw of the electrolysis is high like more than 500W or 10A... it is going to strain the alternator and may sip some HP on a small engine...
well finally!!! I see the right experiment w/out so much bs talk.just an image of a simple clip can go so beyond the distance.I'll bet his not in the USA.where the most basic concept gets lost in the first step.thats sad...... thanks dude.great work....
The small petrol reserve tank is only 250ml... in tank plus fuel in the line. Before HHO induction, it made the equivalent of 6km. per liter (This is consistent after 3 runs). With the HHO induced... it made 12km per liter. Power is not reduced.
Erratum!... the petrol reservoir is only 140ml. capacity, probably about 50ml in the float and 10ml in the line. SO we can safely assume it's 200ml. I am oiff with 50ml. but the point remains the same. :-)
The purple bug is equiped with a tired 1600 race engine but replaced stock cams and carb... in a way it's under carbed trying to fill dual port intake. I tried different types of driving including hypermiling and featherfooting as well as lead footing it for momentum conservation... They all landed on 6km. per liter. With the same route, all attempts of driving without Hydroxy induction reached the same spot. The video shows only the last of the numerous runs on the before mode. :-)
BMW 7 is not an HHO enhanced car... it's a Hydrogen Hybrid/ Gasoline car. Pure Hydrogen burns slower than HHO. in fact... a lot slower. It's is therefore normal for a pure Hydrogen Hybrid to be only 30% efficient. But HHO is unstable and not adviseable to store.
Been consulting a Chemical Engineer about it... my neighbor. He mentioned about 'hydrogen enthalpy' - will have to educate myself more about it, but compared to mixed ionized H2 and O2..it's a whole different ballgame.
Bear in mind, our ICE engines produce only 20% or 30% efficiency from our slow burn fuel. With Hydroxy - we are simply enriching the air which is combined with the slow burn gasoline - in effect, it makes the burning much faster than normal. Therefore, our energy loss becomes smaller, the unburned fuel is much lesser, more fuel is now utilized in the cylinders... we therefore convert it into added efficiency... that means added power and turns on your wheels. = extra mileage.
The limit on ICE efficiency has nothing to do with the fuel actually. Even pure hydrogen burning cars like the BMW H7 have a max of 30%. Why? Because of the fundamental Carnot cycle. Thermodynamics say so.
Thanks for the input... yes I do agree. Since I am based in Philippines... I tend to generalize my statements according to the standard of the society... below the middle class. Please watch the dyno test on the lancer... The decrease in smoke is somewhat proportional to the increase in power. I am not good with numbers but I know that there are significant values or volumes that are constant and exponential by using factors and elements not normally seen or used within a system. Just a theory.
Calculating for US units... Thats 14 MPG to 28 MPG...
Many people with that car get better just by taking care of it. You probably have a problem with your engine like running rich or timing or carb issues. The HHO would counteract your issues to restore better MPG.
If your unburned hydrocarbon count is like 50%, then sure you will see much better running HHO which would burn more gasoline instead of wasting it.
Try 1600 dual port with 30 PICT Carburetor... The engine is newly tuned when I installed the unit.
Little HHO is merely to maximize the normally wasted power in a well conditioned engine. But it will be difficult on an engine with faulty ignition timing combined with a clogged carburetor.
That car is awesome. Same engine that Stanley Meyer used. Believe its a 1.6Liter pancake style. The funny thing is I have some old buggy engine heads laying around off of that same engine. The car itself that I have is a baby-blue 1974 VW-Bug.
Really nice work, glad to see the proof of concept. That is what we are after making people understand that this infact works! The funny thing is, the older car the better. With the fact it doesn't have any pollution restrictions like modern cars. -S-
Thanks very much for your comment!... yes, I am using a 1600cc pancake 4 cylinder opposed piston engine. It's a really basic engine design... any improvement on carburetion or ignition or valve adjustments, can be felt right away. One good thing about these old cars or engine is that I am not in the mercy of any Big Car Companies... there is a sort of personal empowerment.
Bilib ako! Been watching hho videos lately because of the rising fuel price and its nice to learn that someone in town is really into it. You have a shop where i can visit?
Awesome... are you using a voltage pulse generator between your alternator and your hydrogen generator unit? ...Any chemical on the water? distilled water? How many plates on your HH0 generator...How long before you build up sludge on your HHO UNIT
A pulse gen, and using chemicals as a catalyst are not tricks.. they give you more HHO. What water did you use, plain tap water or did you got for de-ionised?
The jets as stock for that size of carb... reducing them would mean undercarbing the engine... I am already a bit undercarbed... normally, this engine would have a 34mm or 40mm progressive twin or dual carburetor.
Stay with the stock 32mm or 34 mm Solex carb. It will give you the best low end torque plus mid range and top end power for the size motor. Stay away from dual carbs or progressive 2 barrel. For a stock 1600 with stock cam, dual port heads, & exhaust, this is the best combination. Fix that exhaust leak, you're loosing power, a bad way to run a test. The bigger cars won't work well on a stock size motor. Also, make sure you properly jet the stock carb to that motor. Not too rich or lean.
I use a 30 PICT carb... running a 1600cc engine with dual relief valve. No racing cam... stock compression ratios only... with leaky eaxhaust system. Full flow... no restrictions. I also have dual ports. This formula should be giving me very rich AF mixtures... it does ... but HHO burns the rich mixturee completely.. increasing my engine efficiency.

Mega Joules per liter.
Gasoline 34.2
Gaseous Hydrogen at room temperature 0.01079
HHO, two parts H one part O so divide 0.01079 by 3 x 2 = energy density 0.00719 Mega Joules per liter at room temp.
Raise temp to typical HHO cell temp 185 F (60 amps input) gas expands 21.76 percent.
0.00719 divided by 121.76 x 100 energy density now 0.00590 Mega Joules per liter.
34.2 Mega Joules divided by 0.00590, ratio of 5,796.6 to one. One gallon of gasoline = 5,796.6 gallons of HHO.
