Wasn't the little girl that played Kelly Steven Nichols daughter? She looks a lot like him & has that same elfin smile.
yes it is. She was in several episodes as Kelly and then she played a 16 year old Stephaine in the blue tunnel scenes. Stephen Nichols' son played young Steve JOhnson in flashback episodes. Looks just like his sister
