When I was just a child my parents bought a 6" telescope for the Apollo 9 moon mission. While I can not speak to seeing the lunar landing we were able to see the lunar orbital vehicle cross the face of the moon. So please explain.... how would we fake a lunar orbit module in my parents telescope?

astronaught on the apollo missions also had white flashes when eye's were closed and they flew through the van allen belt so fast that anyone witnessing nuclear tests in the 50's and 60's would have encountered similar radiation levels
