Im not sure when this video was taken but there was a Iraqi checkpoint and training ground in that direction. There was also a U.S. COP in the direction you guys were firing. Theres also another Iraqi post to the far right. So Im not exactly sure what you guys were exactly shooting at.
I bet it was IP or mybe even some IA dumb fucks. You had to worry more about them then the enemy, because the enemy would shoot a burst of fire at you and run like hell or it would be a sniper and if he misses once thank the lord and get cover. So the rate of Fire and how uncontrolled it was I would still say IP or IA. Dam they have always been that retarded.

@skyfrank Because this was the rooftop of the barracks where we lived. Soldiers were not allowed to wear civilian clothes, so the only options were DCU's or PT uniform. When not on patrol or any other duty, you could wear PT's for down time or while doing PT.
The soldiers you see in shorts were either off duty or working out when all this happened and they went to the roof.
