Yes it is Cecilia Bartoli's voice, as we can easily understand this is a mezzo voice. Małas-Godlewska indeed gave the voice to farinelli's film, try to ear it, because it's a different kind of voice. I prefer this one, it's softer.

Breathtakingly beautiful, Ms. Bartoli sets the bar ultra-high in this incredible aria by Handel. Her voice is crisp, yet effortless, with unbelievable breath control. One can easily fall for her lush yet deep mezzo soprano voice.

While Maria Callas had more power and could be a bit overwhelming at times, I still appreciate Ms. Bartoli's soft, yet subtile intensity, along with her uncanny and unparalleled ability to grip the music and carry into her soul.
