This has to be just media dramatics. His will would of stated what would happen to his children and Joe would of had no part in it. Firstly the children must be going to either his own mother, godparents or a brother/sister whom he knew he could trust. He spent his time protecting his kids so much this would of been one of the main things to do that he set about in protection.

There are photos of Michael with his children without there masks that have been taken he didn't always mask them. That's what confused me the most. But the children should of been shielded at the memorial or maybe they all refused to put the masks on because it reminded them to closely of there father giving them the masks.
