i have lost 60% hearing in my right ear. and 40% lost in my left ear. getting my hearing aids next week, i hope.

Most people haven't got the slightest idea how they hear or why they have a hearing loss. Self-diagnosis of requiring hearing aids or helpful neighbors doing more harm is rampant. The more this type of information gets out the better.

I just had all of this done today I am 70 percent hearing loss yikes!
