  • Reggie was known as being gruff with fans but I saw him in a bank sign autographs for 20 min thats how ling it took me to cash my check it was in 74 so we had to wait in line back then. When I parked a saw his Porshe Plate MVP74 so I knew he was around it was in downtown Oaktown. If you said hey Jackson, you might get a lecture. Show respect and be polite you'd be in.

  • Mr. Jackson at this moment is outside my flower shop having coffee.

  • @epidoteaintemerald are you being serious? he came with my dad to sunday school when my dad was a kid but he was not so famous then. it was when he played with the oakland A's

  • Reggie jackson took steriods with Mark McGwire and The Canseco brothers and now sports a very long sterile penis as well as rotton testicles.

  • @BlankFracksmokesdix SUUUUUUURE.......

  • @BlankFracksmokesdix I heard that Reggie Jackson taught Vida Blue how to lite his crackpipe up as well.

  • @BlankFracksmokesdix stfu youll never accomplish what he has done so go drown in a lake

  • If only My New York Mets had drafted Reggie when they had a chance. Instead of drafting some catcher who never even made the big leagues.

  • Mr October!!

  • Correction: Reggie Jackson helped Oakland win THREE World Series titles. (Not two) Oakland won in 1972 thru 1974.

  • @kisscactus Yanks fans (including the media) have no problem adulterating/not being bothered with facts - we can't have the A's being the only other team with three consecutive World Series and Mr. October actually winning more rings and an AL MVP with another team now can we?

  • didnt reggie deny being poerto rican or something like that

  • My new book on Reggie's great 1978 Yankees team, The Greatest Comeback Ever, is the only book ever written by a fan, live-time on a great sports season. It's available at Amazon.

  • I am listening to Reggie now on the Howard Stern show and he seems like a refined gentleman. I had heard that he was a bit of a jerk but you know there is always two sides of every story. I don't watch baseball anymore but was a huge Yankess fan when I was in my teens. Yes, I was in front of the T.V.when he hit the three homers. Unbelievable! ...Reggie Bars were great too. I wish they still made them- REG-GIE REG-GIE REG_GIE REG_GIE !

  • yes, reggie and the oakland A's. this is where is will be remembered.

the angels, yankees, were just followers.

i enjoyed watching allof his games.

he was larger the the ownership. loved baseball, was respectfull, what a great dude. i remember how he waited for a better deal. i was so nervous that he had overdone it. but he prevailed and got his contract. not showing up for spring training and such. that was the big news for the day, it was all about reggie...

    what pride he projected.

  • What's with the porn music in the background?

  • Talent and skills is what desribes Reggie Jackson! Heard he's into playing in Poker Tournaments too! I think there is one in September he will be competing in, man i want to go bad.

  • What a legend, hope to see him at the SLC in the Bahamas this fall.

  • Hehe! YES!!

  • reggie and billy fighting was the best

  • Yeah, but his mother was black. So he's not a full hispanic.

  • Reggie Jackson is the first Hispanic in the 500-HR club.

    (Reginald Martinez Jackson's father,Martinez Jackson,

is a Puerto Rican),plus "Mr. October" gets the

    buxom blondes!!!!

  • Jackson hit a Home Run every 17.5 At Bats in his MLB Career

  • When Reg .came to the Angels in 82, I could'nt believe it .When he was on the Yanks and they played the Angels before they got him ,they boo'ed the shit out of him .i gotta say the 1982 "Angels were the best team .: Jackson, Carew ,Decinces, Baylor and Grich.F" yeah!!

  • Reggie was a great player, he had more talent than most major league baseball players. If not for Charlie O Finley's off field antics against Reggie, in Oakland, who knows how many taters Mr. October would've hit.

  • He was sidelined in the '72 World Series because he stole home for the winning run in the playoffs against the Tigers and was injured.

  • Great job! I found this video very interesting to watch.

  • He won THREE titles in Oakland 72 73 74

  • Yes, but Jackson was sidelined during the '72 World Series with a hamstring injury he obtained in the ALCS vs. Detroit.

  • and 5-division titles in a row - 71-75

  • This sucks.
