Now I have met a FEW who actually use discretion on middle class people, but they vary throughout different PD's. MPD has a lot of cool cops that dont bother you because they mostly focus on homicides in Memphis. But other state's cops will out right fuck you up just for looking at them wrong

This is Alice Robie Resnick, former justice of the Ohio Supreme Court. Prior to what is seen here, she had fled from the officers at a gas station. Her BAC was 0.22, 3x the local limit. She got no jail time, despite a state law which made jail time mandatory for refusing a field sobriety test, which she had done. She was given a 6 month license suspension, despite the law requiring mandatory 1 year suspension. Our government aren't treated as citizens, the rules clearly don't apply to them.

@sockmaister i fully agree, cops use too much aggressive force on us. They carry guns and have them easy to reach as if we are some wild beast animals that need to be 'taken care of'. Most cops in the UK i know don't carry guns but here in our own country we have cops armed to the teeth.
It's sort of funny but the only reason i would support bearing arms is if it allowed us to protect ourselves from trigger happy cops. We cant even protect ourselves from them no one is protecting us.

I think a DUI at that age and that long ago really doesn't represent a grown mans behavior. Most males don't grow up till age 40+ anyway. Its just that i have never seen a suspected drunk driver get a breathalyser test in these police car camera videos. they always seem to do the "walk in a straight line" and "say the alphabet backwards" stupid type tests...

@BrentonSpratt yes they do. when the suspect is taken to the jail that's when it is administered. The equipment is way to large to be carrying in any vehicle. And yet, it can not discern the difference between alcohol or cocoa from a candy bar or any other chemical. All it tells them is there is a high intoxicant of some sort in a persons blood. Before I went into medicine I was studying 2 become a police officer. We did this test, student ate a choc' candy bar, waited 30mins he flunked the test
