I think that maybe Micheal And Maria are the better couple because Max and Liz just keep screwing it up repeatedly, and while at times they are the perfect couple Max betrays her. Micheal and Maria if you look closer are better.

"Lovestoned" is a very appropriate term for their love. They had a normal teenage relationship even with all the alien chaos. I think that's why I loved them as a couple.
