  • Treatment for slippery floors,

    310-428-2395

  • if i was the restraunt owner, ill be pissed. but if you think of people eating there, the inspectors doing good job. but i dont like him as an person

  • 01:51 "you don't throw it away"...retrieving it isn't going to make the dishwasher run any hotter. It still doesn't work!!! 02:08 Temp log??? Maybe that's something as a manager that you should have put up a long time ago...instead of showboating for the camera to make it seem like it's someone elses fault.

  • Ignacio threw the damn test strip away just like he did...many time before.

  • best

  • Chef joe mulligan at GVR

  • yea dish man take that

  • plastic utensils on the other hand are not completely safe because chemical substances tend to migrate from them into food when they are very used. The best choice is st. steel

  • I am not sure if this Health Inspector is qualified.

    1. He prohibited using the dishwasher without checking if there is atleast 2 stage washing process available.

    2. Wooden utensils are acceptable as long as there are no cracks and do not support the growth of micro organisim.

    3. He was worrying about the hot water temperature in the dishwasher but never checked the chemicals and sanitisers???

These kind of inspectors are hazards to the public safety.

  • wooden utensils are a bad idea. use plastic or stainless steel ones. Stainless steel is actually the best choice to use. woid harbors bacteria because the wood holds nasty stuff so that makes it harder to clean and sterelize. I would not even use wooden utensils at home, YUCK!

  • wow, that restaurant manager did not have to treat his dishwasher like that - theatrics in order to show the inspector that he was *serious* about health inspections - what a jerk.

  • wow I believe he was pretty lenient; however, he did a marvelous inspection. Our Quality Assurance inspector is very very and habitually strict more than the County Health District's inspector.

  • Tough inspector but he is doing his job thankfully.

  • wooden spoons kill more bacteria than plastic , plastic harbours bacteria after it has been cut up it actually grows bacteria in the cuts were you cannot clean

  • it is not just about bacteria inhibition but the durability of the utensil

  • no thats not why

  • really I believed the opposite.

  • You got that backwards. Wood holds water and therefore is not sterilizable. The right plastics ARE sterilizable and none hold/absorb water.

  • You are right wood can not be cleaned enough to use. The best thing to use is a stainless steal utensil

  • worth whatching but the inspector is a complete ass!

  • Better that he's an ass, and the customers don't have to eat infected or spoiled food.

  • i agree ..

  • would you want to eat in a place were the dishes are not getting clean. the food is bad or going to make some one sick.. the inspectors are not hard enough most of the time

  • thank you for the upload!
