yep, it wouldn't be that hard. i've heard if you can solve a 5x5, you can solve an X by X, any size. im guessing that assumes that you can solve a 4x4 too because the centers of the 5x5 and 4x4 are a bit different to solve, along with different parities and stuff, but i think that most people who can solve a 5x5 can solve a 4x4 so it's irrelevant
im not really trying for speed on the 5x5. also, this was in a pack that was like 30 bucks or something total, and a v5 is about 30 on its own i think. the es 5x5 is fine for beginning on the 5x5 i think
