@taximanfrank not always so buddy. tow away hours in the morn and evening a lot of times begin ..."BEFORE".. the stated hours and it is brutally competive in frisco to just find a place to park. I have seen folks in their pj"s chaseing their car down the street.

The tow business in frisco is very dog eat dog.. havent towed or been towed?.. you are guessing about it here.

@bzrlne license is just expired. meter maides write the ticket and the tow driver takes the car.. all very neat....Get to "city tow" and you will deal with more meter maids who are by the way part of the san francisco police department..if you did it it would be grand theif auto as you have no authority....

@4957ace What are you talking about? P & S Towing does NOT have an operating permit from S.F.P.D. That makes them ordinary morals like you and me. Therefore when they tow a vehicle it is grand theft auto. And if its not please explanin why? If you and I get a a towing operating permit we would be eligible to tow vehicles. If don't get the permit then its grand theft auto. What don't you understand about my question?

They are allowed to tow with out a permit but not with out the owners consent/request. So they are allowed to do recoveries but not parking tow aways.

The .."Morning..Afternoon/evening towing"... is very competitive and with ...."City Tow".....the driver has zero chance.

For the record folks"...If you find your car on the hook...."BUT NOT YET MOVED INTO A LANE OF TRAFFICE".."STILL AT THE CURB"..California law says the tow driver."MUST PUT IT DOWN AND GIVE IT BACK"!! Now you know, they wont tell you
