I'd like to see natal bundled with a VR headset visor for a full head tracking virtual reality experience. Can't see how you can avoid having some kind of seperate wireless gun controller to make FPS games work though. I'd rather be holding a something with responsive buttons like a gun controller rather than pretending to hold a gun (maybe it's a bloke thing). For killstreaks you could say to the Natal what killstreak then it would bring up a computer, switch, smoke grenade, or what ever is needed to call in/ to get the killstreak. I was really thinking about it and it seems awesome.please consider my idea. i had to write 3 comments to say it all
also for running or walking you would just have to do that kind of motion. to change grenades i guess you could just say "flash grenade" or something like that. crouching you could crouch down, but for prone i dont think it would be easy to just lay down ppl may have a bad view ( just a thought) meanus and weapon choosing you could use your hand like you showed for the xbox 360 dashboard.

First of all I want to say that microsoft is brilliant. Secondly you should make a final fantasy game where you say a weapon in the beginning and thats the one you start with. Then there is no preset special attacks you create them while battling the sensor detects the motion of the swing and memorizes it and at the end of the battle does a replay of high end attacks and asks if you would like to save for later then when wanting to use that move it uses lines and squiggles to show you how to
i think that a Call Of Duty game would be cool, although it would be very difficult to program, due to varying room sizes etc. i also think that a Mortal Combat type game would be interesting.you may possibly want to include a pad to recognize foot movement so that you can navigate an entire vutrual world. i think the possibilities are endless, and you really have a great idea on your hands
They HAVE to make B-Boy Hero!! With your avatar breakdancing and body popping in time to the music, controlled by you actually dancing! Maybe to a soundtrack mixed up by someone with a DJ Hero deck? It would be epic!

A renaissance game where you could live in a renaissance town do renaissance stuff alot like fable but more realistic just a never ending game like assains creed but you creat your own chacter you can buy gear there is a huge assortment of gear swords dagger knives you can have odd jobs you can be goo or bad you can buy houses etc please i would really like a game like that just a map of the world in the early 1600s with ships and everything and with this techno it would be even better

I think a harry potter duel like game would be awesome, throwing spells with voice recognition would be great!! If natal is able to recognize anything, a pen could be a nice wand ;) casting magic spells waving a real wand screaming magic words to the screen... i just can't wait! Potential for clinical applications is huge. Serious games or training applications for a huge variety of disorders would be possible. Facial recognition/speech recognition -> speech-language-therapy, whole body movements -> tons of training for physiotherapy, tremendous potential for patients with hemiplegia and hemispatial neglect. And it's so easily accessible without buying tracking systems for USD 20k+. Get clinical researchers onboard, please! I volunteer! :)
i would like to see and FPS game, and at the start you have to choose what position you hold your hands for certaint guns, like for pistols, machineguns, or heavy weapons. and then when ever you reach your hand behind ur back it selects a machinegun (swaps between what typs) and put ur hand near pocket and it scrolls between the handguns. and you hold how you would hold that gun! that would be so cool and easy to learn!
I would like to see a gears of war version of this. you could build like a suit or something to enhance the expirience where it vibrates or gives you a shock when you get shot or CHAINSAWED IN HALF!!!!!
I visualised a gym game in which you'd really feel you were lifiting weights. I've also thought of an "escape the maze" type of game, in which monsters would try to attack you and you'd have to fight and run to leave the (dark) maze.

I would like to see modern Warfare 2 and Halo 3 to be made for it. I think a lot of people will by that because, people then cant complain left or right stick on the controller to move you to fast or to slow. Project Natal will make the action games sell more. I would love to find out what games they make it for. Can't wait.
i wish all the new hdtv were touchscreen with both touchscreen on the project natal together that would make i sick combo then it would almost give you the hands on feel along with the movement ability

The best game out there would be any firefight bases game with hand to hand combat. But what I would like to see is Call of Duty or some type of skateboarding game with better sense of motion then the one in the trailer preview it looked sketchy.

What will be even more amazing is what can be done in terms of fantasy fulfillment (being a superhero, learning how to pilot a plane, exploring strange new worlds `a la star trek or star wars, etc.) . . . The sky is really the limit. I think that the most important starter program for this technology at the moment, though, is Milo-based. Truly interactive AI avatars with personality and emotional recognition characteristics, the virtual confidant.
Perhaps therapy for people with social disorders, as has been attempted with SecondLife - A lot of people would actually rather not air their private laundry to a real person, but recognize the need for therapy...
Or better yet, the ability to bring real-world board games (chess, checkers, chinese checkers, go, etc.) in and play with a computer opponent - your milo.
A more detailed and refined system for creating art would be nice, something where you could create fine brushstrokes and not have to pose to draw an elephant. ^^
I'd very much like to see a mix between lionshead's Milo idea and a next-generation version of the Sims. Imagine how awesome it would be to actually talk with your sims, and have them react holistically, understanding not just the surface order, but also the context. . . allowing the sims to be capable of independent decision making (remembering to do the basic tasks themselves, asking your opinion before deciding on a career, that sort of thing...
I love nintendo, but do not do what they did. I hate the wii the way it is. Dont exclude your core gamers and invite all the old people and little kids. Figure out a way to include all of us without filling the shelves with shovelware.and be honest with yourselves, if the controls arent solid dont force us to not use a remote. I hope you dont force us to get rid of the controller just because motion control is the nest best thing.

i think that a Call Of Duty game would be cool, although it would be very difficult to program, due to varying room sizes etc. i also think that a Mortal Combat type game would be interesting.you may possibly want to include a pad to recognize foot movement so that you can navigate an entire vutrual world. i think the possibilities are endless, and you really have a great idea on your hands

Personally, I think a "Dynasty Warriors: Empires" and "Kessen" mix would be a unique and fun way to use this hardware.
~Command officers, soldiers, armies with your voice and body.
~Your strategist would offer advice, laying out on a War Table. You choose one of 5 strategies with your hand/voice.
~Command your officers by name to Charge/Defend/Attack this Base/Officer/Enemy...etc..
~Swing your Sword/Spear/Axe/Hammer or use your Bow/Crossbow/Fan/Magic with your hands and arms to attack.

Potential for clinical applications is huge. Serious games or training applications for a huge variety of disorders would be possible. Facial recognition/speech recognition -> speech-language-therapy, whole body movements -> tons of training for physiotherapy, tremendous potential for patients with hemiplegia and hemispatial neglect. And it's so easily accessible without buying tracking systems for USD 20k+. Get clinical researchers onboard, please! I volunteer! :)

i would like to see and FPS game, and at the start you have to choose what position you hold your hands for certaint guns, like for pistols, machineguns, or heavy weapons. and then when ever you reach your hand behind ur back it selects a machinegun (swaps between what typs) and put ur hand near pocket and it scrolls between the handguns. and you hold how you would hold that gun! that would be so cool and easy to learn!

What will be even more amazing is what can be done in terms of fantasy fulfillment (being a superhero, learning how to pilot a plane, exploring strange new worlds `a la star trek or star wars, etc.) . . . The sky is really the limit. I think that the most important starter program for this technology at the moment, though, is Milo-based. I love nintendo, but do not do what they did. I hate the wii the way it is. Dont exclude your core gamers and invite all the old people and little kids. Figure out a way to include all of us without filling the shelves with shovelware.and be honest with yourselves, if the controls arent solid dont force us to not use a remote.
