Great, I dont think I can replace the resonator since my car is leased but I am sure I can change the green filters. How many filters were there? Did you change the filters first? If so did you notice any difference when you did that.
I did change the filters first. There is a total of 2. Cost around $100. Slight improvement in sound... not sure about performance although some say it's good for a few HP. Changing the res to Xpipe is reversible. Cost was around $200 for that. That's where the sound improvement comes from.

Thanks. I simply installed the green filters. Then replaced the resonator with a Magnaflow X pipe.
