I don't see the problem with calling him a "baby killer" since that's what he wants to do, essentially. He is pro-choice, meaning he believes that somebody should have the choice to kill their baby if they want to. He pushes the issue a bit farther, though. He goes into "partial birth" territory, at which point you can't argue that it kills a fully formed baby.

He has also said the federal ban on partial birth abortion (upheld by the Supreme Court) should be repealed, a procedure that even many otherwise pro-choice people oppose because it is so grotesque and barbaric.
