Agreed - and it shows through how at ease he is to talk in DETAIL about a range of issues. You don't get the feeling he's been prepped and groomed by some Hollywood acting coach. Sadly, I think your question reveals its own answer. Most people are grabbed by the trivial fluff of celebrity and probably turned off politics because it doesn't speak to them. When people actually get to listen to Ron Paul (probably by accident), he appeals to them because he doesn't speak in catchphrases (Change you can believe in) but actually describes the kinds of logical changes that are needed. The bias towards him in the media means it's difficult to get his message out.
One weakness of Dr. Paul is his body language, with his ideals and message + Obama's body language, this man would be unbeatable. I'm not an American but I know this man is not only needed for America but also for the world, God Bless~

I don't think he quite understood what the professor was asking. It must have just been an off day, clearly the federal government should assure all people equal protection under the law in the case of murder. Agreed - and it shows through how at ease he is to talk in DETAIL about a range of issues. You don't get the feeling he's been prepped and groomed by some Hollywood acting coach. It's amazing when I look at magazines now and see how obviously airbrushed the models are, and I can't believe they're actually fooling anyone. Similarly, I don't understand how people can't see past the Stepford smiles of the obvious insincerity of most other politicians.

Sadly, I think your question reveals its own answer. Most people are grabbed by the trivial fluff of celebrity and probably turned off politics because it doesn't speak to them. When people actually get to listen to Ron Paul (probably by accident), he appeals to them because he doesn't speak in catchphrases (Change you can believe in) but actually describes the kinds of logical changes that are needed. The bias towards him in the media means it's difficult to get his message out.

I certainly hope this man becomes our next president. That is 100% true. However, I feel this country has been so altered from its original intent as a nation of liberty within the past century that it will not realize the truth before its too late, and continue to vote for big government, big spending republicans and democrats. I've literally spent hundreds of hours watching Ron Paul videos and I must say that this is the first time that I have ever heard Ron Paul be wrong on. I don't think he quite understood what the professor was asking. It must have just been an off day, clearly the federal government should assure all people equal protection under the law in the case of murder. Yes murder should be a state issue, but no state should be able to deny a person protection from murder based on their ethnicity

Obama was elevated to power based off this and the fact that he was a minority running for a seat of power that always was run by white's, those who wanted him in power used this.
