I just got my Indian Clubs and I'm so excited! I got a 1lb pair and a 2lb pair. I'm going to 24 Hour Fitness right now to use them in the aerobic room!
Have you ever looked into Coach Sonnon's exercises such as into-flow and flowfit? If so what is your personal opinion of them? I've just started doing them and I love them but I'm curious as to how others who are well versed in physical fitness feel about his programs?
Nice! I ordered mine from mbodystrength yesterday. I got the two one pound and two ...two pound combo with the DVD. I had arthroscopic surgery on my left shoulder for a torn labrum about two years ago. I really want to strengthen and gain more R.O.M. with these
@skatena125 - No, the term "Clubbells" is owned by RMAX International (you can't get a patent for a weighted bat). We call that form of training Heavy Club Training, and it relates more to strength and power than agility
Indian Clubs have been used for thousands of years as a joint mobility and shoulder agility training technique.
As usual very nice video!

Very interesting. I have shoulder injury from pressing kettlebells. Would Indian clubs be a good form of rehabilitation?

Doesn't Scoot Sonnon have these things patented as "clubbells"?

@MBodyStrength I want to train with both light and heavy clubs. It makes sense to change it for different speeds.
