  • yes it's amazing. though I'd like to mention that the most energy is in the top of the stick. Yet they never hit him with the end of the stick but with the middle. Otherwise the stick wouldn't break.

  • @djphilmore ya just use sandbag or anything like pad to hit on your body when you conditionin your body to mke it strong then you can go to the next level, if you go to the park their are some tree's if you have somthin soft then its useful you can wrap it on the tree then kick it all the time the reason why you need to put somthing soft its because you wornt damage your leg it will make you stronger, and last if you comfortable with that try kicking the tree slowly you will gain power easily

  • news have lesser effect once expected... i once took a punch from a pro fighter and laughed it off because i saw it coming, but i also once got knocked out by a very, very skiny and weak little guy because i did not see it coming.. i surely learned a lesson

  • So just because you're expecting a punch or kick means it won't hurt all the same? In a fight I'd sure hope that you're expecting a punch and not looking at the hot waitress because at that point, anyone could knock you out.

  • he tried the punch or kick not to touch his vital point only on muscles or bones. He can resist the pain by training.

  • If this monk,as they say, had made a training called "MUSCLE AND TENDON TRANSFORMATION", i assure you that's with this kind of kicks, he won't be hurt...

  • well actually he does, only its called Qi Gong. I might be a little off but I beleive the particular Qi Gong that makes internal organs, bones and tendonds strong (which Shifu Yan Lei teaches often) is called Ba Duan Jin Qi Gong.

    oh and he didnt 'make' it himself, its old school Shaolin stuff :P

  • It actually appears as if they arent using full power but I have trained with that technique. It is actually deflecting the power on impact, its very real

  • @Locust59 you re right but look at the black guy legs when he kicks.hes not turning right,a man of his size with a good kick would throw the monk to the floor not knocked out but for the impact
