is there a digital diplay that you can read while your working out to see how much you've burned? AND do you NEED to buy the online thing if you wont be using it?
How many calories where you trying to burn a day during the show. i have heard jillian on the show saying 2000 in and 6000 out. does that sounds right?
I would have bought one long ago if it hadn't been for the fee you have to pay to use it. That sucks so bad. I hope some other company will begin to sell a similar product without that nasty rip off for the software.
If you have several hundred pounds to lose then do you have any ideas for how to do it? Did you apply to the Biggest Loser show? Can you get a seriously committed support from your family?
Just curious. I have been struggling all my life with some 50 pounds. I recently considered going to a fat camp but found that they are extremely expensive. I always try to do the right thing and exercise a lot but somehow it just isn't enough. Sometimes I eat a bit wrong or for the wrong reason.
ive lost 100 pounds so far. im eating a high raw vegan diet. my family is very supportive of my new way of eating. ((they still eat cooked food and stuff with a face)) im getting to where i can exercise now. i walk and lift wts daily.
Well, the problem is that you eat to much than. It's not about doing sports; it's simple , eat less calories than you need (20%) and you lose the fat slowly.
The problem is; if you eat one day to much. You will all store the calories that are not used as fat. But when you would eat one day almost nothing. The body wouldn't use all the stored fat to function; instead it will use muscle tissue! So that is a problem ^^ Gaining fat goes fast; losing needs time : (
I like what Kim once said (the trainer on Biggest Loser). She said that will power is overrated. If it doesn't work then it doesn't work. You need someone like Jillian shouting in your ear or some kind of support.
Maybe you just haven't taken care of your body at all and just have to begin doing it. Maybe it will be fairly easy for you once you make the choice.
I once started writing down all the calories I ate and I also estimated how much I burned by exercise and the basal metabolism.
This helped me to lose weight fast because it made me aware of what I ate and when you do this right then you can see a very good agreement between predicted and actual weight loss so you are in control that way.
I was going to say that when you have some extra hundreds of pounds to carry then all you have to do to get exercise is to move that weight around a bit. You will be picking up speed more and more and become liberated.
How do you wear the BodyBugg under clothes? I have an office job and I feel like it wouldn't fit well under sweaters and dress shirts. I heard in your video that you use it in the gym and at home, but on the website they say to wear it all the time when you are awake. Do you think its possible to wear it outside of the house at work? I think at first, I would want to know what I am burning at all times so it would be ideal to wear all of the time. Thank you so much!
I wear my BodyBugg under my work clothes as well! Sometimes it's awkward but eventually you forget it's there! But yes it's totally possibly to wear it outside of the house!
Thinking about buying on, but go to get my husband on board, if you know what I mean. Would like to get my mother envolved as well. So.....
How much is this bug and how much is the website that maintains the information produced by the bug? Does this same website give you meal ideas and have a intake tracker? THank you
I was thinking of buying both a Polar Heart Rate Monitor (with body strap I guess) and an Omron Body Fat Analyzer.
Would it be too much to have both an HRM and the Body Bugg on at the same time?
With the BB -- I assume that you are logging in all your food. Do you have to put in the # of calories and if so, how do you look them all up to know the number? Thanks!
omg!!!!1 hi collen!!!! im a fan!!! omg u look hecka good!!!! im 12 but if a gazzillion other ppl c wat i put they might xout my utube... well just came to say HI!! and u look fabulous!
Was wondering the same thing...instead of using the web program can I just log progress with FitDay? I don't mind doing a little bit of data entry myself so long as the BB provides me with the data to enter. FitDay is really nice software. Assuming that BB can provide me with the raw data, I think the $30 for FitDay vs. $15 per month makes a lot more sense. So what's the advantage to the web program? And does the BB provide the raw info I need to where I can keep track for myself?
You get the first 6 months free, even if you buy a used bb off of ebay like I did. You simply register the serial number on the stie and it sets you up with 6 months for free. Yes, you do need it, to access all of the graphs and stuff, and this is where all of your bb's downloaded info goes---into the website. So it would be like having a car with no wheels if you didn't use the site.
I love that she wears it on the right arm, even though you're supposed to have it on the left. lol.

Thx ~

i just bought one and im getting frustrated cause i cant find the damn serial number! gah and i got the black one
celtics590 2 years ago
Grey Armband - Open the round battery cap. Remove the AAA battery. The serial number is the 8 digit number found within the battery well.
Black Armband - Remove the Armband sensor from the strap/wing assembly. The serial number is the 10 digit number found on the Armband sensor label.
