It is the Royal Variety coz they bow to the royal person who is in attendance as well as bowing to the audience as done at the RVS.

Judging by the height, and the fact that I think it's Reva Rice as Pearl, then yeah, it is John Partridge. YES! Unf!

Yep it is Reva Rice..She played Pearl in London and USA Starlight Express..I look on wikipedia and it said the Stephanine Lawrence who played Pearl in the Original Starlight Express...Is dead.....
