Even though I LOATHE to defend FOX "News", I have to just a little here. There's no evidence that Rachel shows that proves they were the ones that Doctored this video footage. I think, what most likely happened, was that FOX in its constant desire to prove that liberals are the root of all evil, saw this video as a chance to do just that.
