I have this bag and it rocks! Fits my 60D and a few lenses nice and secure. I love the strap and I use it on some of my other bags.

How do you put your weather cover on while still having your shoulder strap on? It seems like I have to expose the top portion of the bag if I want to wear it with a strap...

@zthetha -- Apparently you don't know KATA -- they are an Israeli company that makes bullet proof equipment for the Israeli Army -- none of your equipment is going to break if you drop this bag -- and it's great that they provided excellent customer service.

I bought a Kata photography bag and I really regret it since, after buying it I found out that it was made in Israel for a company that besides doing photography bags makes military items, ...and their violence is shown in their incursion on Palestinian territory, there is not doubt that they are violent people with disregard for human life, that is why I don´t bay anything from then, and I recommend not to collaborate with then and boycott their product.

I highly doubt that. Committed to beliefs is more like it. However in my opinion trying to jam a stick in the spokes of capitalism can only make things worse. But that's me. Plus I don't think bag sales have anything to do with military agendas or outcomes. Anyone can make bags, they can find another company in a second. This one happens to make a quality product, and thus I support good design so it can continue to exist.

Yeah i think two d80's w/packs would fit. They would go on the sides and wouldn't have that channel for the lens unless you got creative with the separators.

i love kata, i have a dr-467 and it's awesome. decided to go with lowepro for a shoulder bag but it was definitely between this one and the lowepro nova 190aw but looking back on your review, i kinda regret it, just a tad. lol
