the smart thing with steam is taht its saving your personal settigns to the game, you'll need to do it this way

LOL. When you delete something it hasn't fully got rid off it. Yes delete from Trash. Also e.g if you want to delete steam app. as u wont... when u delete it, still wont fully be deleted. have to into control pannel.

So if you use the same account on a diffrent computer the game will still be there, you just have to install it

Do you know how to uninstall sounds?

And or install custom sounds, that dont come in a skin compile.

Because I deleted a skin for an ump45 and deleted the custom sounds that came with it and I tried to install the default sounds again but it wouldnt work. So now when I use ump45 I have no sounds except pulling back the bolt, thats the only sound I hear...

The only way to get the default sound back as far as i know is to download GCFScape

open counter-strike source shared.gcf which is in the Program Files\Steam\steamapps

Then click on cstrike\sound\weapons, right click on ump45 and extact

and put the file that you extraced into where its supposed to be, in the cstrike\sound\weapons folder
