  • The Victory is one cool mechanical organ! I love its sound as well as the playlist!

  • thanks organ nutty :) doesnt john sornders organ have a stage ?

  • oh yes he does, that goes to dorset, pickering, bedfordshire and a few others

  • i have seen them lol, there great. i so badly hope there are more than 1 decap organs going :)

  • i realy like decap's. im only 13, and i love organs... people at school say to me there stupid but there not, there better than some offthe music around now lol

  • Then watch my two most recent videos. They both have Decap organs in them.

  • i have never been to the great dorset steam fair so im realy looking forward to it...i surpose you dont know but do you know if and Decap organs are going ?

  • I think you can be certain that there will be at least 1 Decap there. I've never been there either.

  • i am. i hope i can find it at gdsf

  • Shouldn't be able to miss it in Organ Alley ;)

  • is it going to this years GDSF ? because im going and id love to see this organ

  • It is. Check the schedule at rba-rentals dot com

  • if i asked the owner at the GDSF whould he play this song for me? my name if james reed

  • You can always try. I'll see whether I can tell him in advance when he's back for a bit next week. There'll also be something very special playing involving the Locomotion and the Victory in Dorset, just like it has been at the previous steam fairs they went to this year.

  • cool, do they put a giant stage with this oegan and have danceing ppl on it? because somde1 told me theres a big organ that they do that with

  • That's a couple of other organs, not this one.

You'll see, just walk by the Victory and the Locomotion after sundown, or at some points during the day.

  • cool i will :) would the owner mind if i borrowed my dads video camera and recorded a video of this organ? i love it so much, it sounds great.

  • Not at all.

  • id love to hear it play this song in person, remember to tell them my name :)

  • are the horn's used alot in this song? just wondering...

  • Define "a lot". The trumpets are playing quite a bit of the time.

  • thanks...how many trumpets are in this organ?

  • Don't know, never did find the time to count. But you can see all of them from the front.

  • is there any pictures of it, like close up's on the pipes? or just any type of pictures? i think this organ is great!

  • See rba-rentals DOT com

  • I just got back, and now know that there are 98 trumpets, excluding the bassons, which sound like trumpets, only a lot lower pitched.

  • wow 98. i tryed to count from one of the picturs on the website but i only got 30 something...are the otheres inside it?

  • The trick is that there's also some not made of brass, but wood hidden amongst the other pipes. He also said he didn't have a problem with playing the Sixties Medley should you come and ask him.

  • oh great! thanks. do you have his e-mail adress it would be great to talk to him

  • See the website at rba-rentals DOT com

  • whats the song called? just so i know what to ask for

  • I think it's a medley of Listen To The Rhythm Of The Falling Rain and What A Wonderful World This Would Be.

  • I think the giant organ nd stage is in referal to richard prestons organ or a stage which doesnt rally anymore due to new ownership which was ex rodger vebills mortier. other stages includ saunders gavioli, atkinsons octoberfest or gavioli, and deans, dean organ

  • your so lucky. id love to live near this organ. does it go to the Great Dorset Steam Fair ?

  • Yes it does, every year. It is currently in the UK even. You can see it's touring schedule at rba-rentals dot com

  • oh. do you own this organ?

  • Not quite, but I know the owner, and the organ is around the corner from where I live.

  • i love this organ... any more video's of it

  • I do have some more. They're private though...

  • How Cool!!

  • The 2nd song is "What A Wonderful World"

  • The song is "Rhythm of the Rain" by the Cascades 1963

  • ehh..waht song is it playing

    on this video?

  • Sixties Medley
