Have to agree with you. I think Beyonce Knowles is a great singer whose talent was wasted with Destiny's Child and this is a clear example. This is my favorite Lionel Richie song and they do not do it justice.
This one is alright but I prefer the Original with the Commodores, because with the Commodores version, I can listen to it over again, and it would feel like I just heard it the first time, but this version I find hard to listen to a second time. I don't know........ guess it's just me :)

Their fourth album(and some cuts off their third) were good but shes better of solo
