I'm not sure but I guess because it's too up-beat or up tempo compared to the rest of the album. I hope it was Maverick's and not the band's decision to remove this one, it is a good song. Seeing as how it wasn't the band's idea to even record Back To School, I think the same goes for the removal of The Boy's Republic and the addition of Back To School.
