Hello kenpo joe, first & foremost I would like to thank you for all of the clips you have down loaded it has been a great source of happiness & informative knowledge to me. I started going to kenpo school in April of 1990 & I'm still only think of myself as a beginner. The clips of Mr.Parker have put a smile on my face in that I never got to meet him. I live on the big island of Hawaii & there is no longer a school here that I know of. So thanks to you & your video clips I feel not all is lost

When I asked Frank Trejo,He used the "Bowling Ball" technique, in which you reach over the top and place your fingers in the top of the eye sockets a/k/a the top of the orbital rim of the skull that houses the eyeballs. Believe me,his head yanks back! Thanks for asking & keep watching!
