I am from Peru and I know this! We have a germanic colony that mixed with indigenous in Cerro de Pasco, so you get girls like Helena. Same thing in Cuzco, Lima, Arequipa and Trujillo. The fact that she was Danish helped a lot. This Latin American surge is recent.
