Very nice, I have just built one of these myself. Yet to box it up though. I found the transmitter peaking a little fiddly. T3 almost ran out of adjustment CCW, yours looks like it's quite a way out too. I have to turn R24 to the max and am getting just shy of 1.5W at 12.2 volts (less with the diode drop I suppose).
The pico keyer is a great accessory, I have one of those too!
I am currently building one for myself. I am curious about the freq. display you are using. Was that also a kit or did you do it from scratch. If you don't mind would you let me know at giguere.d@gmail.com
AK2B DE NG9D. Tom, the on-air recordings clearly demonstrated the sensitivity and selectivity. Wonder what kind of antenna you use, and how the stability of the SW20 is for longer QSOs? Great video and excellent results with that 2W kit! Thanks for sharing it! 73 Lynn
@NG9D Hi Lynn, thanks for the comments. I use a Force12 GT-5 vertical dipole on top of the 10 story apartment building I live in (with exactly 200 feet of cable). The drift in the SW20+ is not noticable after a few minutes of warm-up. I was pleasantly surprised how well this rig works. Lots of people had favorably commented on Dave Benson's kits and now I know why.
SWL has some good products. I've built a DSW and a couple DSW2's before. I had one of the previous versions of Picokeyer that I love... How do you like your Traveler Key? I'm so close to getting one. I got a Simplex Mono a few years ago and now looking at something a bit more portable.

I like the Traveler a lot. It is not one of the more portable keys around but it has an excellant feel to it. And, it looks sooo good :)
