eh, school was canceled the week after this flood took place in hoping the river wouldn't crest anyhigher than it already was, however during that week of waiting , the tirbutaries of the Red of the outter lying towns and areas, they were flooding as well and sandbagging, and even in Devils Lake they were having flooding around  early april

This is not global warming it is farmers able now with bigger equipment to be able to leavle and drain sections of land at a time. So it hits the river faster instead of sitting in the fields. It is also the county building bigger ditch so the water hits the river faster. Until someone fixes that the cities will keep getting hit with higher floods waters every year.

THANK YOU!!! I live in Fargo. The area i live in was not affected. But no one here looted, no one here raped, no one here shot at the national guard who was trying to save them. New Orleans we are not. Our mayor was pressured by homeland security to evacuate our city. He bravely said no.
