I'm more of a youth than a youth leader, but I might suggest that they would be more interested in giving to missions if they were a part of it. If they understand the Great Commission and have Jesus in their hearts, they will see that others need to know Jesus. If you could arrange for them to help repair a building or serve a meal, etc. they would find it more personal, and connect better to it. They would be able to be helping their friends that they get to know through the missions work. :)

i was in the hillsong united conference (toronto, canada).. it was really amazing.. love love love it!.. and i will surely be there for the next one..LOL :) i just really admire joel for being such a faithful man of God. he's really awesome.. i just love love love him .. :D he's an annointed worship leader.. 2 thumbs up for joel!!! let's keep praising God :)
