Before watching, I was thinking of the "She Turns, He Turns"; but I was wrong =P
In open position, the lead has their partner do an underarm turn, but instead of taking her left hand in his right when she comes back, he has his right hand up (like "Halt") and when she feels that, it signifies that he will spin too (after the rock step). Can be done repeatedly for effect ^-^ It was a fun one to throw use and then teach partners =)
Thanks for posting this. We're taking an intro to ballroom dancing class, and this move wasn't shown (so many dances, so little time) Anyway, we wowed 'em at a dance party from the school last night.
This is a whole lot less confusing thanks to you! Appreciate it!

@13laciotat If you dont know what music to swing dance to here is a few songs:
Big Bad Voodoo Daddy - Swing it. This one is fast.
The Bill Elliott Swing Orchestra Streamliner. This one is not to fast and not to slow.
Little Deuce Coupe-The Beach Boys. This is a good one its kinda in the middle.
Elvis PRESLEY- Lawdy Miss Clawdy. this is a slow one.

This dance is silly and corny. If you really want to learn swing that is easy and
fun, learn ceroc, also known as modern jive (no not ballroom jive). Ceroc or
Modern Jive is very popular in the UK, Australia and New Zeland. For some
reason, it never caught on in the US. See danceyourselfdizzy(dot)com
