This song was the soundtrack for the film 'Bram Stoker's Dracula: Love never dies'. As usual it is filled with small clips from this film. It's about an old vampire who revives when he believes that his dead wife is still alive in England. He can shapeshift, climb walls and succeeds in kidnapping her. On the way to his castle her fiancé and his friends follow him and then you get the climax...really, you should see it :-)

Yes, but there are rules to fictional archetypes -- idioms if you will. You can break rules, but only if you understand the rules you are breaking. Meyer does not.
