there's nothing to find really Joel Silver has said he's finished the script nothing more. PG-13 would do this good. Because if it's R it'll be mindless violence with no story just like the comic.

Lobo Paramilitary x-mas special is the shit! But I think if Hollyweird was to attempt a real Lobo movie, then it'd have to be like Planet Terror. Unrealistic over the top violence, lots of nudity, lots of cussing. Lobo is basically a parody of all the tough guys from the 80s and 90s. My 2 picks for him are Andrew Bryniarski or Tyler Mane.
