:P, as awesome as this looks, i think its better for the speed of beans on toast, get one of those microwave beans pots and put the toast in and they will be done in minutes, all you need is a plate :P

Also this is a pretty balanced meal too if you butter it

Its basically student food xD perfect for a low budget speed meal with lots of energy for work ;)

junk proteines will denaturate above 60 degrees, so there is nothing of the proteine left your body can use

@zacharel9876 It takes about 3 minutes of cooking at anything above 47 degrees centigrade for the protein in something like beans to denature, however, it takes ages for it all to disappear. Those beans will still have a lot of protein in them.

My version of "mac and cheese".

Pasta, almost any pasta, I love using different ones.

Boil that up, drain it, add some spices, peas, corn and bacon/ham pieces then add cream cheese as well as some shredded cheese, so it's super cheesy. Sometimes I add a touch of milk to give it some moisture. I do all of this in the same pot after I drained the pasta and put it back in the pot. Takes 15 minutes and you can get back to gaming :P

Beans in the grill? usually you would add beans anfter the bread has been toasted and then top with cheese (optional) and let it melt, but others do it differantely it seems.
