Aklbruce, thanks for the comments, I have used 280 foot of ERW tube 32mm Diameter with a 2mm wall, I used this tube to try and keep the weight to a minimum - my projected all up weight should be around 450kg to 475 kg if all goes well!! - the plan is for this to be a road legal buggy when its finished - the chassis is a long way on from this video now have a look at my website to see some still shots of the build up so far and I will post a new video soon showing the rear suspension in place!!
