übermensch is right. it was meant as a joke to use the nin beat. I lived in seattle by the time I made this. I was broke and needed money. I made that in less than 2 days and got 1k for it. I still like it and the manson song is one of the best he ever did.

@24okay i know what you said, but i don't understand why. melodies aren't the only things that can be copied/borrowed/plagiarised. a beat is not just a beat. it has a distinct sound consisting of percussion, synth effects and production. not only that, but the song Closer is far too known in the electro-industrial scene for this to be some astronomical coincidence. and even so, i do not care. i'm not judging anybody for it, simply pointing out what i considered to be ironic

The NIN-Closer percussion is Daniel's sense of humor. It is a jab at the MM/NIN feud of a few years back. (when this came out) Daniel owned this song period. The depth of this song is so much more fully realized in this version.
