so that's why 'NYW was pulled during the credits for the Simpsons + 'OR went dark after Randi Thomas (voice of Entertainment Tonight) talked about 'Yankees baseball on my9'. Some stations would do special things on the last day of nightlight, like 4 New York (WNBC). What did Fox 5 and my9 do on the last day of nightlight?

Finally, a record of the shutdown of these two long time stations in the one of the biggest markets in the country. Too bad management didn't see fit to document this hisroric moment especially Channel 5 which traces back to the DuMont Network started by the great Dr. Allen B.Dumont. Thanks for posting and congrats on your 43 years.
