I've had some dealings with the IRS - and they do rely on strange phrases and

word usage to make their claims for payment. Eg, when they think you have not

paid enough from your 1040 or 1040EZ,etc, the rep will say that they are giving

you a"notice of deficiency". Then they tell you what the amount of that deficiency is.

They don't say "You owe the Dept of the Treasury $948.00 or whatever amount they've calculated for you. So why do they hedge on the wording &

Thank you for posting all 11 of these video's highly recommended for everyone to watch them. Don't listen to BEDE, I've proven him wrong on other video threads here at youtube. When confronted with proof of a non-existant law he turns and runs away only to come back and try to change the subject. He has no clue as to what he's saying or doing and I'll continue to prove him wrong.

Even if you believe this anti-IRS crap, dont use these theories for planning because they have a 100% chance of failure. These theories are not going to protect your assets, period, and anyone who tells you differently is a liar. You are going to get fined and sanctioned, and these fines and sanctions most likely will not be dischargeable in a bankruptcy proceeding, so they will follow you for your entire life until paid.
