Someone explain me this: at 1:34 Ishida shoots and arrow and Mayuri evades it easily. Only to find Ishida aiming at him from above. The arrow went in a straight line, but Ishida moved diagonally, meaning he was faster than his arrow. Then why is the shooting arrows that moves slower than him?

I havent done enough research to know for a fact that Uryu is stronger then Mayuri, but...wtf? Is Mayuri really that weak? I mean i was hoping that the scene in the intro for the reigai arc, where Mayuri and Yamamoto are duking it out would be good. God this fight was amazing. NatosREekeiEinai(typing your name makes my fingers hurt) has the right idea. All these early episodes were so amazing. I don't think it's totally weak now, but there's some kind of shine that's come off.

Maybe I'm just expecting too much. My favorite part of all Anime is character development, and a big part of that is reveals, like this. 7000 episodes in, what else can I hope to learn?
