Sotc was Amazing, people complained about the emptiness about it but they missed the point

I know, right?! A non-gamer friend of mine came over the other day while I was playing Assassin's Creed 2 and commented on how beautiful the city was; I told them that if they thought ACII looked amazing, to check out SotC. It's absolutely gorgeous in totally different ways, but more in a "breathtaking" way than the "attention to detail" most games nowadays are doing.

I'd say shadow is one of the most amazing games to exist in terms of such a new cool idea. Best game ever though? after the 8th colossus it dragged. Portal never dragged.

Portal was only two hours long, though :P You can't really compare the pacing between the two.

SotC was amazing because of the dramatic scenery, empathic storytelling (through actions, not dialogue), puzzle-solving, and epic battles. Portal had great dialogue, a new take on an old world, and great puzzles. But overall, I think Shadow delivered more total content. I loooooove Portal though, don't get me wrong XD

Do it. Or better yet, just buy it. Best money you'll ever spend
