As soon as you go over 15mph though it becomes an issue, and only then if you don't know how to fall properly...I can sprint 13-14mph and I don't wear a helmet when I go running...catch my drift? Helmets definitely mandatory for anything over 20-25mpg though, no excuses. Thanks for supporting them though.
