  • You DID use weights! DUDE. You are so freakin' cool, I don't even feel a need to make vids anymore, can I even do anything you haven't? This will take creativity!

    I notice you go over WITH the weights. Wouldn't it be easier to put them beneath the table, invert, and then just pick them up? Seems safer to me. Wouldn't need to adjust the table this way and can guide yourself as usual, and be able to drop the weights before righting yourself without worry.

    Isolations are better for this.
