Everything is getting more expensive for everyone including the airlines believe it or not. Airlines have to cut costs in order to get people to buy their tickets because people always go for the cheapest fares. But on the other hand people expect the best service from the least amount of money and I think that is what has to change. If people wan't better service, they have to be willing to pay for it. If you can't afford it, complain to your employer, not the airline.
Next time I fly, I am going to bring a bunch of empty zip-lock baggies and sell them at half the price of a bathroom visit. I' ll make some serious bling with this, and I can even collect the filled baggies and give them to the baggage handlers as a bonus, cause they wasn't gettin paid S*%T anyway!!!
@staylor6879 For every dollar an airline takes in, they only make about 10 cents(some only make 6 cents). So they can't afford to lower fares, they fluctuate with the costs associated with producing your product. And the reason that fare was so low was because they needed to fill that seat fast, because on some flights they lose money. They are responding to your concerns, by putting on crappy minimum wage pilots and lazy minimum wage flight attendants. Stinginess will result in more crashes.
