1st this guy is a Marine, Not a Soldier. Second sounds like he should be doing some prison time for following through with an unlawful order. His chain of command should go down with him. But on another note, this Marine wasn't trained. A poor trained troop equals piss poor results.

I am i iraq now and this guy is spot on with his evidence, over here it is kill or be killed, If I suspect someone is holding a weapon or planting an ied, you are going to die period! I killed a guy for talking on a mobile phone after a told hime to place it on the ground and he did not and so I had no choice but to shoot him. its a hard place to define your enemy. may god forgive us all and keep us safe.
