  • i think this plan is good for a museum^^^^

  • Here, the dog tooth at the inner engine in the leading edge can be seen. It's typical for the B- and C-versions.

  • Wow! I had no idea that those were still flying around! It's the jet that ushered in the modern commercial jet age! Made by the company that I work for now :).

  • Yes - they're still flying! I'm hoping to go back again to fly one in July.

  • @flymajj dream on, my friend. they retired their 707s just 2 months ago

  • @RJfan

See my latest videos taken in June on board Saha Air B707s. They are still flying, but possibly not for much longer since Saha now have two A300-600s.

  • @RJfan why this airliner love old planes

  • That´s fucking....great....they are still serving? What age does them have?

  • when i was 9 i flew in a 720 similar 707, i remember the oval lamp at the ceiling...with yellow light

  • Saha air has now grounded all 707 and has bought 6 ex-China southern A300-600R... :-(

  • Are all canadians idiots like you?

  • i love the 707 old but great

i would love to fly with it

  • Awesome vid!!!

  • Yes, that was PIA 707 and I never flew on Tridents, I think tridents had been obsolete in 1972

  • Oh man, this vdo clip, took me 35 year back when i am kid of 7years and still I have a veiw of 707 window during flight Karachi to Bahrain

  • Was that with PIA?

Did you ever fly on PIA's Tridents?

  • Super Video !!

Is filming allowed on board Saha Air ???

If yes, would come to Iran right away...

  • I tell you something about planes mr emiratescrew. there is not such think ugly or pretty in aviation there is only exillerating or boring been 42 years of age i was lucky enough to see the most exiting aircraft to grace the skye as i was a regular aircraft spotter . seeing B727,DC8,707,CORONADOS,caravelles,tristars,DC10,tridents,bac1-11 on a regular basis was a dream believe me today is not even worth going to an airport you see only boring looking A320.NG737 they sound like an hoover .

  • nice vid

  • Old is gold, i miss these planes

  • Don't you dare to talk that way about the 707! I would do everything to get onboard I just love the 707 as how you would love a girlfriend! Even wish that time comes back but I can forget about that... Great videos my friend! To my opinion even the best, what a lucky guy you are to have the honour to fly onboard the best plane in the world!

  • I agree. I'd pay a million bucks to ride on this great bird. Rumble force is a fucking dutche bag!

  • I had the fortune of having flown aboard 707s from my first flight on Oct. 14, 1960 (QANTAS) to my last on June 19, 1981 (TAROM). I routinely boarded 707s all over the world during these 21 years, perhaps 120 in all. It has had a very good safety record and (someone correct me if I'm wrong) has never had a loss over the Atlantic Ocean (millions of mile-hours) which is truly incredible!! I still, to this day, feel it was the finest of all the commercial jets. Wonderful memories of the B707!

  • Boeing invented the 707 as the first airliner ever made almost 50 years ago. It is still in service today and supports our troops as tankers and even AWACs. As a passenger plane it may be very old but it is not a piece of crap.

  • To Rumbleofrce, without Boeing's 707 there never would have been the 777, sure the 777 holds more passengers, is newer and faster but it doesn't the same feel or grace of the classic 707.

  • I always loved the 707s! It's a very solid airplane--the wings don't flap much and the engines don't wobble on their pylons. Their flights seem firmer and flight maneuvers more deliberate somehow. The newer jets are more efficient and quieter, but they don't have the same strong and solid "feel" the 707 has. ( I get the same feeling from the the 737-200s too, but not from the NGs. I also feel the same way in the CRJs, which are kinda the sports cars among airliners.)

  • more flexing for longer life low maintainence, trade off is a little sluggish feel.

so the more rigid a plane is faster it will be phased out of service: fatigue and risk of cracks and fracture.

  • You stupid fucker!

I can't believe you've gone into all my Iran airliner videos and posted this shit. What are you? - a Turk? An Iranian? Or just some sad fuckwit who is not happy unless he's bashing anything western...?

    Go and fuck yourself!

  • @flymajj be nice, home dog.

  • What so you expect from 50 year old enginnering! No effence to a great aircraft! ;)

  • For Emiratescrew reply. You dont unterstand? LOL This is old engines like 60's. This really nice. shit!

  • If memory serves, the holes near the intakes are to let extra air into the first compressor (N1 in aircraft lingo)

  • what are those holes on the turbines?

  • they may say the VC-10 was better because it was quite, but who cares. the 707 was comfortable, and hade a fantastic brutal way to it which any plane entusiast would love

  • its so sexy

  • nice turbin 707
