I think that your voice is really good! I believe that you should play individual chords rather than stoccatoed notes so that your voice is more pronounced. I also think that a less aggressive approach would be good to make the cover better. Just sing a bit softer and play the piano softer so the cover doesn't sound too hectic. It is getting there though :)

Well, it's EXTREMELY simple, especially if you practise enough to the point where it's just muscle memory..

Be a real critic and don't rate things on "how difficult it is" it's difficult to swallow a spoon, but just because of that I'm not going to call it talent.

I would make a bigger diffrence between the chorus and verses. you go all loud in every piece, being afraid that it will get boring (i guess).. It's very attacking in my opinion, a little too much. If you'd go all loud in de chorus and build a sort of climax towards it, it would make such a big diffrence. but hey, this is just my opinion. if this is your style, you should keep on going with it, but just take this as positive criticism.
