@hitmonlee00 Use the verb "suru" (to do) or any other verb and change the final consonant sound from "u" to "i" (in this case "suru" becomes "si" and add "nagara" to mean "while doing")
E.g.:
pasu kon geemu wo suru + imouto wo tatakimasita
(to play a PC game) + (beat my little sister)
pasu kon geemu wo sinagara, imouto wo tatakimasita
(while playing a PC game, I beat my little sister)
tataku and naguru both mean "to beat" or "to hit".
