Too bad US customs won' let you take any of those great cheese or hams back home with you.  You can get good breads in Spain, so I was suprised you chose basic white bread.

Good point. I could have gone with a better quality, but bread was not so easy to come by, not big enough for the grill, anyway. Also I wanted it to be sort of an old school American cheese sandwich. That said, a higher quality bread would be delicious. Thanks, Heather
